Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a child with additional needs during morning sessions. This is an ideal role for someone experienced in early years education and autism support who wants to make a big impact during the most formative part of a child's day.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one support for a child in the EYFS setting
Support learning and development through play-based and structured activities
Help the child engage positively with classroom routines and social interactions
Liaise with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support strategies
Ensure the child feels safe, supported, and confident in their learning environment

EYFS classroom experience
Experience supporting children with autism
Patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and families
